Last weekend The Torbay R.G.B Snooker League held its Winter 2008-09 Presentation Night at Paignton Conservative club which was well attended. On the night the Joe Davis Cup Final was played in which Brian Milden beat Ray Little 4-1 in a hard fought match which was closer than the score suggests. I would like to thank everyone that attended, Mike Williams for his microphone skills, Michael Sinclair and Bob Jerwood for refereeing the final, Paignton Conservative club for having us, Torre Trophies for supplying the trophies and my wife Jean for supplying the buffet, the League would also like to thank Torquay Squash, Central Conservative Club, St Marychurch Conservative Club and Preston Cue for supplying their venues to the league to play the semi-finals and finals.

The Devon County Snooker Assosciation will be having their Presentation Night at Torquay Squash on the 11th July
